As of 30 June 2020, the share capital of the company amounts to € 304,063,898 divided into 152,031,949 shares, all of the same class and all fully paid up and subscribed.

At the date of 30 June 2020, the resulting shareholder is:
(1) Including 1,334,391 shares held in treasury under the Share buyback program, i.e. 0.88% of the capital (of which 271,322 shares from the Liquidity Agreement (0.18%) and 1,063,069 shares from Own Shares Transactions (0.70%)).
